Mr. Farkash serves as counsel to the firm of Fine, Farkash, & Parlapiano. He was born in Frankfort, Kentucky and moved to Florida, where he eventually pursued his studies. He studied economics at the University of Florida and graduated with high honors. He then earned his JD degree at the University of Florida Levin College of Law in 1976.
Mr. Farkash was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1976, the United States District Court, Northern District of Florida in 1977, the United States District Court, Middle District of Florida in 1984, the United States Supreme Court in 1984, and the United States Court of Appeals, Eighth and Eleventh Circuits.
He worked in the Office of Public Defender Eighth Circuit, Florida as an Assistant Public Defender from 1976-1980. From 1997 to present day, he has been enjoying his time serving as a University of Florida Levin College of Law Trial Team Coach. Mr. Farkash is dedicated to a 100% practice for personal injury for the plaintiff with 100% of his practice devoted to litigation.
