About Us
In 1980, Jack J. Fine founded the law firm now known as Fine, Farkash & Parlapiano, P.A. With more than 100 years of combined legal experience, we are a well-respected personal injury law firm providing individualized service to people and families across Gainesville who have been harmed due to the negligence of others. All of our attorneys have successfully tried personal injury cases to a jury verdict when satisfactory settlements could not be reached. We are committed to fighting for the best possible outcome for our clients.
With seven award-winning trial attorneys and Gator alum, we believe our smaller size and local focus ensure our clients will receive personalized care. We strive to offer high-quality legal representation combined with genuine compassion and respect. That’s why our lawyers take a hands-on approach to actively handle cases and communicate with clients.
MEET OUR TEAM
In addition to our dedicated team of knowledgeable trial attorneys, our law firm prides itself on our compassionate and experienced paralegals, legal assistants, law clerks, and other committed administrative personnel.
Our Commitment to
Community
As a local law firm with deep roots in Gainesville, we are widely known for our commitment to community giving and volunteer work. We have dedicated ourselves to causes that are personal to us and our clients, including supporting spinal cord injury research and starting scholarships in the names of loved ones our clients have lost.
We are proud to be a part of our clients’ lives and active members of the community far beyond our professional roles.
