Clay Co., FL (April 9, 2025) – A woman from Gainesville lost her life in a fatal traffic accident that occurred in Clay County on April 7. Reports from authorities show the incident happened at approximately 4:25 p.m. when the 72-year-old woman was headed south on State Route 21. A pickup truck in the opposite direction entered the oncoming lane and struck her vehicle head-on.
