Florida Traffic Accidents

With over 400,000 car accidents reported each year, Florida ranks among the top three states in the nation for traffic crashes. Tragically, the overwhelming majority of these accidents—over 90%—are caused by negligent driving. Reckless, distracted, or impaired drivers often leave behind a trail of devastation, resulting in serious injuries and heartbreaking losses.

If you or someone you care about has been injured in a Florida auto accident due to another driver’s careless actions, seeking experienced legal counsel is one of the most important steps you can take. A knowledgeable personal injury attorney can help you understand your rights and fight for the compensation you need for medical expenses, lost income, emotional trauma, and more.

Losing a loved one in a car crash is a pain no family should ever endure. Alongside the grief, there are often financial burdens and unanswered questions. When negligence plays a role in such a tragedy, families may be entitled to compensation for funeral costs, loss of companionship, lost income, and other damages.
