Alan R. Parlapiano

Mr. Parlapiano serves as counsel to the firm Fine, Farkash, & Parlapiano. He began his studies at the Edison Junior College, where he received his A.A. degree. In 1967, he graduated from the University of Florida with a degree in Journalism and was a member of Phi Alpha Delta, a prestigious fraternity dedicated to legal studies. He then pursued his studies at the University of Florida Levin College of Law and earned his J.D. degree in 1970. In that same year, he was admitted to the Florida Bar, the United States District Court Northern District of Florida in 1972, United States Court of Appeals Eleventh Circuit in 1981, and United States Court of Federal Claims in 1994.

From 1971-1979, Mr. Parlapiano served in the Florida Public Defender’s Office as a Public Defender. Throughout his time as an experienced attorney, he utilized his certified legal specialities, such as personal injury/wrongful death and was the Circuit Civil Mediator in 1998 in the State of Florida. Mr. Parlapiano is now devoted to advocating for the injured in various areas of practice.
